Monday, January 11th, 2010While we may have lost 2-1 to the pink-clad Chicks with Sticks from Kennett Square, we had a great game! The Indy team had quite a day.
DK finally let loose her amazing shot and scored. Yergey had a great game in goal (I think you should warm up with your superman cape on more often). Greta received a penalty for knocking a show-off on her butt. Jill scored a goal, which the referee seemed to have missed, so it didn’t count, but we know the truth….. We even pulled our goalie at the end, which always makes me nervous, but in a good way. Most importantly, we had fun! And we learned a few things.
One thing I learned: it is so much fun to have fans! We had a whole section cheering us on. You guys rocked!!!! Thanks to everyone for coming out to watch us play!
